United We Stand: SDP Youths Vanguard's Plea for Party Unity

The SDP Youths Vanguard for the Social Democratic Party (SDP) has called for unity among stakeholders, urging them to work together towards defeating the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) that has failed Nigerians. The group believes that unity is key to the party's success and that by putting aside differences, SDP can capitalize on the opportunity to provide a better future for Nigerians. The group stated this while addressing journalists in Gombe, in a text read by Mohammed Umar, the Zonal Coordinator Northeast.

The group commended the party's leadership, particularly National Chairman Alh Shehu Musa Gabam, for their vision and dedication to the party's growth and success. They also acknowledged the contributions of esteemed members, including Prince Adewale Adebayo, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai, and Major Hamza Almustapha, who have brought their expertise and experience to the party.

The group expressed confidence that with their collective efforts, SDP will continue to make strides in the Nigerian political landscape and become a formidable force in the 2027 general elections. The SDP Youths Vanguard pledged to support the party's leadership in their efforts to build a stronger, more united SDP that can deliver on its promises to Nigerians.

They urged other youth organizations to refrain from speaking on issues that could jeopardize the unity of the party and instead work towards a common goal of building a better future for Nigerians. The group expressed excitement about the prospects of working with the party's leadership and leveraging their expertise to drive the party's agenda, with the ultimate goal of providing a better future for Nigerians.

THEME: Empowering a New Generation: Building a Brighter Future with SDP

The Social Democratic Party (SDP) has undergone a significant transformation, evolving into a welcoming platform for Nigerians from all walks of life. Our doors are open to everyone who shares our vision for a better future, and we are committed to creating an inclusive environment where every member can contribute to the party's growth and success. This transformation is a testament to our commitment to progress and our determination to build a party that truly represents the interests of Nigerians. We appreciate the good leadership quality provided by the party from the states to the National level for their vision and dedication to the party's growth and success. In particular, we must specially commend our National Chairman Alh Shehu Musa Gabam (Makaman Tilde) for his unique leadership quality and style that transformed the SDP.

As a registered youth organization under the party, we are dedicated to promoting the ideals of our great party the SDP towards empowering young Nigerians to take an active role in shaping the country's future in accordance with the provisions of the party constitution and manifestor. We are thrilled to report that we are winning elections at both the national and state levels, and this success would not be possible without the contributions of our esteemed members, including Prince Adewale Adebayo, who has been a valuable asset to our party. Prince Adebayo's consistency and dedication to the growth of the party have been instrumental in SDP's successes, and we are grateful for his tireless efforts in the rebuilding process of our great party the SDP.

Recently, we welcomed Mallam Nasir El-Rufai and Major Hamza Almustapha to our fold, their wide outreach and expertise has added significant values to our great party. We are confident that with their experiences alongside Alh Gabam and Prince Adebayo, SDP will continue to make strides in the Nigerian political landscape. Mallam El-Rufai's background in governance and policy-making, Prince Adebayo's legal, environmental and business knowledge, Major Hamza Almustapha's security expertise and great awareness of Nigerias abundant minerals resources will undoubtedly enhance our party's ability to develop and implement effective policies that will benefit and transform Nigeria if SDP assume power. We are excited about the prospects of working with them and leveraging their expertise to drive our party's agenda, under the leadership of Alhaji Shehu Musa Gabam.

At this critical moment, unity among stakeholders is paramount. The average Nigerian voter is looking to the SDP as an alternative platform to rescue them from the failures of both the PDP and APC. It is essential that we present a united front to capitalize on this opportunity and demonstrate our commitment to providing a better future for Nigerians. We must put aside our differences and work towards a common goal of building a stronger, more prosperous Nigeria. By doing so, we can harness our collective energy and expertise to drive meaningful changes and progress in our country.

As the legal and registered umbrella of the Youth Vanguard of SDP, we will do everything to protect the party's image and galvanize support across the country. We are the only legitimate Youth Vanguard for SDP, and we will not let anyone undermine our efforts. We will continue to work tirelessly to promote the party's ideals and support its leadership, ensuring that our message resonates with Nigerians from all walks of life. Our commitment to the SDP is unwavering, and we will do everything possible to ensure the party's success in 2027 general elections.

Unfortunately, some youth organizations, allegedly sponsored to undermine our progress, have been dragging SDP into unnecessary conversations. We urge them to refrain from speaking on issues that could jeopardize the unity of the party and undermine its good intentions. Instead, we should work together towards a common goal of building a stronger, more united SDP that can provide a better future for Nigerians.

We believe that unity is key to our success, and we will continue to work towards strengthening our party. We are confident that, SDP will become a formidable force in Nigerian politics. We pledge to support the party and the party's leadership in their efforts to build a stronger, more united SDP that can deliver on its promises to Nigerians.
