Dr. Agunloye's Signature Discrepancies Raise Concerns


Abuja, Johnson Ogu, our reporter, has uncovered that the Social Democratic Party (SDP) has been in crisis due to the antics and activities of the National Secretary of the party, Dr. Olu Agunloye's signature discrepancies. Our reporter traced this back to his ongoing Mambilla Power Project scam with the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, which both former Presidents Olusegun Obasanjo and Muhammadu Buhari testified to Dr. Agunloye's signature forgery against the Nigerian Government.

The Letters

Johnson Ogu obtained several letters that highlight the crisis within the SDP. The first letter is from INEC, dated 13th June 2025, with reference INEC/DEPM/SDP/288/11/15, titled "RE: FORWARDING OF NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS OF THE NWC OF THE SDP". The letter, addressed to Amina Idris, rejected the notice due to abnormalities cited and stated that it must be signed by the National Chairman and the National Secretary.

Another letter obtained by our correspondent has reference INEC/DEPM/SDP/286/11/19, addressed to the National Chairman Alhaji Shehu Gabam, dated 20th June 2025, titled "RE: NOTICE OF MEETING OF NWC AND INVITATION OF NEC TO OBSERVE". The letter drew the attention of the National Chairman Alhaji Gabam to abnormalities and non-compliance with the requirements of part 2(12)3 of the regulations and guidelines for political parties.

A third letter obtained is dated 3rd July 2025, with reference INEC/DEPM/SDP/11/286/11/53, addressed to the National Chairman Alhaji Shehu Musa Gabam. INEC responded to a letter from the Social Democratic Party signed by the National Secretary on 25th June 2025, introducing an Acting National Chairman. INEC rejected the letter due to abnormalities and non-compliance with part 2(12)3. The signature introducing the Acting Chairman is completely not the specimen signature of the records of the commission.

Findings

Based on the above records obtained by Johnson Ogu, our reporter, we can conclude that the National Secretary of the Social Democratic Party SDP, Dr. Olu Agunloye, has a long-term record of signature forgery and discrepancies. This is corroborated by the testimonies of the two former Nigerian Presidents, Olusegun Obasanjo and Muhammadu Buhari.

Ongoing Trial

Currently, Dr. Agunloye's ongoing trial with the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission EFCC is due to long shady deals through signature forgery and abnormalities dealings.

Conclusion

The above attached further suggests that the National Secretary of the Social Democratic Party Dr. Olu Agunloye has been sending letters to agencies, including the Independent National Electoral Commission, using fake and unauthorized signatures of the Social Democratic Party SDP.
