NATCOM get New Leadership, Appoints Amb.Adejare acting Director General.

The management of NATCOM has written to formally notify the general Public that Amb. (Dr.) Adejare Adegbenro has been appointed as the Acting Director General/Executive Chairman of the Commission (NATCOM) by the Council in accordance with the relevant provisions.

The Special Adviser Media to the acting MD made the disclosure and made the following Clarifications for the general Public to take note.

PUBLIC NOTICE

This is to notify the general public and the entire staff/officers of NATCOM that Dr. Baba Mohammed the  former Acting Director General  whose picture appeared above is no longer the ADG of the Commission forthwith.

This development is anchored on the “VOTE OF NO CONFIDENCE” passed on him by the council of state Director’s/Commandants of NATCOM on the 3rd, June, 2023 where Amb. (Dr.) Adejare Adegbenro was elected as the new Acting Director General/Executive Chairman of the Commission (NATCOM) by the Council in accordance with the relevant provisions.

Note: Also that Dr. Adejare Adegbenro has since resumed office and taking over the affairs of the Commission (National Commission of Nigeria).

Therefore, anyone who transact or carryout any official duty, function, responsibility and activity with Dr.Baba Mohammed in the capacity of Acting Director General(ADG) does so at his or her own peril/detriment hence the Commission and its management will not be responsible nor accept any liability whatsoever under any circumstance

Please, the General Public and the law enforcement agencies should take note.

DRUG SHORTAGE CRISIS: NYCN DEMANDS ACCOUNTABILITY FROM FTH GOMBE

Dr. Agunloye's Signature Discrepancies Raise Concerns
