Arewa Youths call on the President elect to appoint Umahi as SGF.

The National leadership of the Arewa Youths Advocate for Peace and Unity Initiative has call of the President elect Asiwaju Bola Ahmad Tinubu to appoint the Executive Governor of Ebonyi State,Engr. Dave Nweze Umahi as the Secretary to the Government of the Federation.

They make this submission in Kaduna on Friday when the national President Sani Danaudi Mohammed hosted journalists in an interactive Session to discuss the aftermath of the 2023 elections.

According to the Group,the growing Political discussion around the South East will be manage with the appointment of an Igbo known Political Figure in to the mainstream of the Federal Government and to them only Umahi possessed such qualities in the region.

The group further argued that the Zoning of the Office of the Senate President to the South East region is a welcome development,hence the need to bring in someone from the South East region as the Secretary to the Government of the Federation.

 It is no longer news that the Executive Governor of Ebonyi State has revamped the APC in the South East and despite its low performance in the region, Umahi has been in the Frontline campaigning for the President elect and the Party as a whole.

It is for the reason that ,we joined other civil Societies Organizations to draw the attention of the President elect who is a complete politician that understand the intricacies of the Nigerian baby democracy to balancing of Power to douse tension as s priority of his administration.

We are confident that with his Performance as an Executive Governor of Ebonyi State and his Contributions for the success of the rulling All Progressive Congress both at the State and at the National level in addition to his wealth of Experience and rich political CV,he is eminently qualified to serve in the capacity of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation.

The group also described Umahi as the best man the caps fit considering his wealth of Experience in Governance.He is a turn around expert that help the incoming President in changing the narratives for the overall interest of the teaming Nigerian citizens.We are happy that the President elect said ,his appointees will be base on pedigree.They Concluded.

DRUG SHORTAGE CRISIS: NYCN DEMANDS ACCOUNTABILITY FROM FTH GOMBE
