Sahlan College Staff Endorsed Mallam Shafiu Yakub for Plateau Assembly describing him as a father to all.

The Director/Provost of College of Health Technology Jos one of the fastest growing private own Colleges in Plateau State and the Country at large Mallam Muhammad Shafiu Yakub has declared his intention to contest for Plateau State House of Assembly in the 2023 elections.

He made the pronouncement when he engaged his Staff drawn from Sahlan College of Health Technology and that of Simple Standard Which comprises the Nursery, Primary and Secondary School.

Reading his biography and history of Struggles,the National President of Arewa Youths Advocate for Peace and Unity Initiative Sani Danaudi Mohammed described Mallam Shafiu as a worthy ambassador in Peace building in the North and the country at large.

According to the National President, This is a man that has taken off hundreds of Youths on the street through Sahlan School of Health Technology,Simple Standard School ,SAHLAN Bread,SAHLAN fish Farm,Sahlan table Water and SAHLAN Integrated System has all it takes to repsent the People of Jos North-north.

He also cited the contributions of Shafiu Yakub that are sum up in both cash and kind donations to communities, schools, Religion and traditional institutions at the time of the needs. Comrade Danaudi said ,one unique qualities of Mallam Shafiu is his leadership qualities exhibited in the Areas of appointments and admissions as he gave room for both Muslims and Christians to occupied admintrative positions for smooth operations.

The Director used the occasion to officially informed the staff his intention to run after intensive calls from Youths and women groups in Jos North-North Constituency that cut across all tribes and religion on the need for him to join the 2023 State Assembly race. 

He used the occasion to solicit for the staff prayers of goodwill, support and best wishes as he take upon himself this giant step to ugly narratives of Youths exclusions in Jos North-North Constituency and call on his supporters to desist from campaign of columny as only Almighty Allah gives power to whoever he wishes where his ambition is not an exception.

In a separate contributions,Mrs Chioma from Medical Laboratory Technology said it is a home calling as their father is today presenting himself to vie for this exalted office at the time the people are yearning for good governance.The Deputy Registra Mr Dabo Daniel asked the Staff for a minute prayer for the success of what he call what of our own that has employed all of us here describing the contest as long over due.

There was a goodwill messages from the Staff of Simple Standard School,Sahlan Clinic,the Chief Librarian ,women groups from the School and lot more all in solidarity of this ambition the Staff  described as their own. He is not constesting alone but rather,We are constesting because this man has used his little resources to shouldered and create many employment opportunities in the State and with him occupying the seat of Government,we are confident he will be the highest employer of labour in the country if elected.
