Professor Dakas has all the requisite experience to move Plateau State forward: Hayatu Suleman.

As Nigeria heads towards the 2023 General elections,the Youths Advocate for Unity and good governance in Plateau State has described one of the nation legal luminary Professor Dakas C.J Dakas as the only person capable of restoring the plateau lost glory and sustain the Peace building process of the Governor Simon Bako Lalong Rescue administration.

The coordinator of the Forum, Alhaji Hayatu Suleman (MaiLazy) , during a Press briefing in Jos described Dakas as a man that the good people of Plateau can rely on considering his wealth of experience as a trained Lawyer that has reached the peak of the law as the Professor and Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN).

According to him ,for us a party members of the rulling All Progressive Congress,to sustain the tempo and spirit of the winning ways ,the likes of Dakas are not just an alternative in the next Plateau State Gobernotorial elections but they are the only option to move the State forward after the Government of Lalong.

He said, what Plateau State needs now is a highly intellectual, mobile and sagacious politician in the person of Dakas to lead our State to glory once again as the next Governor from the Plateau Central Zone.He noted that even though the ruling party is being confronted with challenges, it should not be seen as the party’s weaknesses, but rather, as stages of development and success.

He said, “after extensive consultation with the party hierarchy, women groups, youth associations, stakeholders within the party in the State, the Forum has came to the conclusion that Professor Dakas is an experienced politician, equipped with knowledge and ability to take the State to greater height”.

We believe that Dakas will offer an open-door policy and will keep to promise to be made in the course of our electioneering campaign coming soon in all zones of the State, he stressed. He will provide an enabling environment in the State for economic growth and sustain the Peace building efforts of Governor Lalong. 

I am using this platform as a true Plateau son Ron by tribe from Bokkos Local Government to solicit for the support of all APC stakeholders and particularly the party’s next delegates to ensure that they take decision in the best interest of all the good people of Plateau by supporting the emergence of Professor Dakas as the next APC flag bearer and subsequently the Executive Governor of Plateau State. 

We shall soon kick start our Advocacy to engage Women groups and Youths associations in the Plateau State to support the emergence of credible leadership beyond ecthnic, religion and tribes lines to move the State forward. We are confident that Dakas has all its takes to move Plateau State forward if given the opportunity and he will ensure transparency and accountability as Governor of Plateau State. DRUG SHORTAGE CRISIS: NYCN DEMANDS ACCOUNTABILITY FROM FTH GOMBE
