Umahi has every right to run for President in 2023: Northern Youths attacked Yakasai.

The Director General Umahi Unity Network for Better Nigeria and National President of Arewa Youths Advocate for Peace and Unity Initiative Sani Danaudi Mohammed has Condemed the comments made by Salihu Tanko Yakasai, a former Special Adviser on Media to Kano State Governor, Abdullahi Ganduje.

The DG was speaking on Monday in Gombe while reacting to what he described as unprofessionalism and divisionary Statements targeted at the image of His Excellency Governor David Nweze Umahi of Ebonyi State by an eastwhile Media adviser to Governor Ganduje.

The former Media Adviser has criticised Governor Dave Umahi of Ebonyi State over his posture that the ruling All Progressives Congress will zone the 2023 Presidency to the South-East geopolitical zone of the country. This is coming at the time the Executive Governor of Ebonyi State is doing all his best to fix the Infrastructural decay in his State and not minding his destractors.

We are not suprise that all these comments are coming from Yakasai who was sacked by his Boss (Ganduje) for his open criticisms against the person of President Muhammadu Buhari. As a member of the rulling All Progressive Congress currently in exile should not speaks for the rulling party unless he want to display an open hatred to the people of South East and Umahi in Particular.

This is a Governor that has demonstrated high level of capacity in building world class infrastructures in Ebonyi State and has turned the City of Abakaleki to compete with international standards. Umahi is a Nigerian who have every right to contest the Presidency. The ticket of the Presidency is going to the Southern zone to which the South East region are not excluded.

The 2023 Presidential contest will be entirely different Particularly when Nigerians from the North and South are yearning only for good Governance. We shall continue to sensitize the young people in the North to understand that Politics of tribes and religion are only used by the elites to continue their divide and rule system at the detriment of the downtrodden.

Where is FFK today that called the North and the President all sorts of names ? He has rejoined the same people he has been Condemning and therefore the likes of Tanko Yakasai will not be allow to create another circle of confusion among the members of the public Particularly the young generation of Nigerians. 

We shall continue to advance the course of Peace building and sustaining the unity of Nigeria by championing the course of the South East Presidency and Dave Umahi in Particular. We have been working very hard to get people inform regarding the 2023. His Excellency Dave Umahi is a complete gentleman, a detrablised Nigerian and a man with high quality leadership potential to be the President of Nigeria.They said.

DRUG SHORTAGE CRISIS: NYCN DEMANDS ACCOUNTABILITY FROM FTH GOMBE
