Umahi six years transformation,Why he can be an Excellent President.

Nigeria came to be an independent and sovereign nation barely 61 years ago but up till moment the country is far lacking behind when compare with our contemporaries like India that we were freed the same year. Lack of quality leadership that is focus and people oriented has been fingered as the number one problem that succeeded so far in rendering this country inefficient both in terms of human and capital development. Nigeria is multi-ecthnic in nature known to be ecthnically heterogeneous and culturally pluralistic with over three hundred and fifty dialects and with over four hundred languages .

This ecthnic ,religion and tribal identities has thrown the country into a serious chaos which is today everyone including the Political elites themselves who have succeeded in creating this circles of division. I have said it a number of times that those who fought the battles and gave their lives for our independent were both Igbos ,Hausa/Fulanis and Yorubas among other tribes as well.

Digging into our archives of history,we shall understand clearly that our present generation of leaders with us the followers inclusive has destroyed this very foundations led by our founding fathers. Our founding fathers were united in their course without given much emphasis to their tribes and religion but together they championed the course of laying solid foundation of one indivisble nation called Nigeria.

I know arguments are still ongoing that Nigeria is not a nation but a mere geographical location that divides only the North and South. Those within this class of thoughts may have their reasons but to me all our current happenings are Political created as the divide and rule motive. It is believed that it is not everything that is face can be change but nothing can be change until it is face .

We are out today confidently to speak for justice, fairness and equity to prevail by allowing only credible Nigerian to lead irrespective of his regional, tribal and religion background but a Nigerian who can only focus on restoring the country where it suppose to be. In many occasions ,the Igbo agitations for Presidency is attached to many challenges and making other to loose confidence particularly by limiting such calls in the South East only. We have identified the David of Ebonyi State as one in million who has done remarkably well in his six years as the Executive Governor of Ebonyi State.

The activities of the Indigenous people of Biafra (IPOB) is one of the reasons why other parts of the country are not much comfortable with Igbo Presidency. I can authoritatively said it clear without mixing words that this agitations for secession are as a result of successive governments failure to address mostly the Represention unbalances at the central government. Nigerians has today portrayed Umahi as workaholic Governor who has transformed Ebonyi State beyond recognition to those who visited the State six years ago and to me no one can justify anywhere that this man is capable to rule Nigeria. 

Nigeria of today is made up of the South East and since 1999 ,South has failed to produce a President or Vice President despite credible hands available in the region. The inability for the South East to have such glaring chances may have many factors but the most pronounced are the division within the South East leaders who hardly see themselves as an entity.It is a known fact that,while we are agitating for the return of power to the South East region in 2023 . 

The Igbo nation should have collaborated with this Youths organisations here in the North to make public enlightenment and seek support for their sons and daughters who may be interested to vie for the office of President in the next elections. The Ohanezea Ndigbo should have led this very struggles down to the North ,South South and South West with representation of some Youths from the North as partners. This is what we stand for and it is the only way we can achieve if possible the most anticipated Igbo Presidency.

His Excellency David Nweze Umahi FNSE,FNATE is currently an eye opener in the South East region who enjoys a viable and strong support in the North and hence the need the Igbo to abandon all their differences and support a man who will lead them to glory days . Nigerians are now fed up with lies and deceits as well as canages of tribes and religion sentiments to denied them access to Security, portable drinking water, Functional Health care systems,Human and Capital Developments , Access to affordable Education and infrastructural facilities that will take millions of Youths off the streets.

Our incessant calls and support for Umahi to vie for the office of the President of Nigeria is born of out of the desire to restore back the lost glory of Nigeria as well as restore back the lost confidence of Nigerians in Government.This is a National Project that need to be supported by all and sundry particularly the Youths who have been deprived of their Constitutional rights to grow to the peak of their career.This is project that will change the fortunes of Nigerians and make the country to be on the pedestrian bridge of Economic prosperity and viability.

The Executive Governor of Ebonyi State has done enough in the last six years as Governor of Ebonyi State which spoke in high volume of his credibility, competency and integrity to championing the course of restoring back the lost glory of Nigeria if he has the mandate to serve as President. He is indeed a detrablised Nigerian and a man who see all as equal without emphasis to anyone identity and believes me for long this is what we have been lacking. We shall continue to support and champion projects that will keep Nigeria as a single entity at all cost. Once again, I congratulates the people of Ebonyi State for having this Distinguished personality and a Nigerian who places always his people comforts above all his personal interest.
