They described the move as an unhealthy considering the time available for the the current administration. Those who may be affected are the most performing and the moved will end up replacing them with bad eggs who are loyal to the current Head of Service.

The group further discredit her motives to mislead President Muhammadu Buhari to achieve this motive that is aim at paying loyalty with incompetency at the time the nation is heading to transition.

Nigerian Watch Front Group Frowns at The Plan to Redeploy Permanent Secretaries, Urge Head of Service to Shield Such Plan.

Our attention has been drawn to a purpoted plan by the Head of service of the federation Folasade Yemi-Esan to redeploy and reshuffling permanent secretaries not in her pay grade at this late hour of transition.

While we frown at such motive in totality, it is important to bring to the fore of the general public that the bane behind Head of Service plan is to redeploy some hard working Permanent Secretaries and replace them with her core loyalists ahead of the swearing in ceremony of the new government.

In recent times we were aware that she promoted some of her favorite directors to the position of permanent secretary despite they failed to pass the examination and requirements but she finds her way to miss lead President Muhammadu Buhari to administer them oth of office.

As civil society organization whose main aim are geared towards advocating for better service delivery to the general population of Nigeria, we are constrain to demand that the Head of Service of the federation should drop and bury such self motivated thought and stop frustrating the transition process through her unpatriotic moves.

We you resist any attempts to frustrate this transition period.
